Green vegetables, beans, peas, nuts, seeds and unprocessed grains

Functions of Magnesium:

300 biochemical reactions, muscle and nervous function, heart rhythm, immune and bone support and regulator of vitamins such as calcium, copper, zinc, potassium and vitamin D.

Recommended supplemental dosage:

100 mg/day or to bowel tolerance

IMPORTANT FACT -- Magnesium works as a natural relaxant of the body. If you are taking too much you could produce loose stools. If that happens, decrease your intake.
