Mold exposure
Mycotoxins, commonly referred to as mold are some of the most prevalent toxins in our environment. Exposure occurs via ingestion of foods or airborne. Diseases and symptoms related to mold exposure include fever, heart disease, rheumatic disease, asthma, sinusitis, caner, memory loss, ADHS, mood disorders, rash, fatigue and liver damage.
Depending on the type of exposure, here are a few recommendations:
- Eliminate/removal of mold source.
- Increase intake of fluids
- Increase intake of carrots, parsnips, celery and parsley
- Supplement with zinc, Vitamins A,E,C and glutathione to support detoxification.
