One simple tip to help stabilize blood sugar

GO FOR A WALK!

This is a simple way to help stabilize blood sugar throughout the day. Research has shown going for a short walk (5-10 minutes) after each meal will help in reducing insulin spikes and deep your blood sugar more stable throughout the day. 

This may help to reduce symptoms of fatigue, depression/mood disorders, infertility, headaches, slow metabolism, joint pain, blurred vision, forgetfulness and more that can all be related to blood sugar instability!
