28-year-old male reports to clinic with lower back pain that travels down his right leg. This has been an ongoing issue for many years now. His pain levels on a scale of 1-10 are consistently very high, ranging from 7 to 10. He works in construction and finds his daily work very difficult.

Patient’s treatment plan consists of chiropractic adjustments 1-2x week for 2-3 weeks, heat, massage therapy, and a heel lift to balance out his pelvis.
