Dr. Lauren is amazing! I came to her when I was pregnant and having hip pain. She helped me through my pregnancy and post partum. She had also seen my daughter when she was only a few weeks old. She is always so warm and welcoming and makes me feel important and that she cares. I would definitely recommend Ideal Motion Chiropractic!

I have tried a few other chiropractic places throughout the years and this is by far the best. I instantly felt welcomed when I walked in by the receptionist. Then meeting with Dr. Ash and getting adjusted was the best adjustment I've had. She used a mixture hands on manipulation mixed with tools. I walked out of my first adjustment instantly feeling better. I have found my forever chiropractor!

Chiropractic care has been the best decision we've made for our overall health and well being. After having some bad past experiences with Drs, we are so happy we found this office. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Lauren is so kind and compassionate. She treats you like a human being vs just another patient to get in and out of the room. I highly recommend the Ideal Motion Clinic.

Dr. Ashley Anderson is wonderful!!! But start to finish everyone was very friendly and welcoming. If a provider or other staff came into the lobby, they greeted everyone as if they were an old friend and they were genuinely happy to see them again. Even the new people! Very refreshing and reassuring!

Dr. Ashley always checks in on us not just physically but emotionally. She is always willing to help with referrals, vitamins, etc. We love ideal motion!

Ideal Motion Chiropractic is top notch! Dr. Alex is so sweet, affirming and always knows exactly what I need. I’ve been going to her for support with my high risk pregnancy / back & hip injury. She has been very diligent about collecting information and finding the best ways to treat me and teach me what I can do to help myself as well. She truly cares about what I’m going through and makes me feel like I have a trusted friend through this process. After my adjustments with her, I am able to sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed which is a huge deal for me. Another Gem of the office is Jess, the receptionist / office manager. Jess is always flexible with my changing schedule and always finds a way to fit me in at a time that works best for me. She greets me at every appointment with a smile and a kind heart. I absolutely adore Dr. Alex and Jess and will continue to come back to Ideal Motion Chiropractic because of them!!
