Dr. Ashley Cowger
Dr. Ashley Cowger (previously Ashley Anderson) is a Pacific Northwest native who graduated from Mount Rainier High School and then completed her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University. Dr. Ashley completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer West Chiropractic College and has extensive work experience in several offices.
Dr. Ash enjoys taking care of her patients and watching them progress with their care. Her ultimate satisfaction is seeing the smiles on her patient's faces when they are no longer in pain and able to live their ideal lifestyle. The majority of Dr. Ashley's patients refer others for service because of her charisma and gentle yet effective technique.
Dr. Ash lives in Lake Tapps with her husband Scotty, their two sons Bryce & Brody, and their Lab Buddy. She enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, traveling, and attending all of her sons' sporting events. Come in for a cup of coffee and enjoy our unique office!
Dr. Lauren Gregoire
Dr. Lauren was born and raised in Washington State. Schooling has allowed her to travel to Arizona and Minnesota. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her chiropractic doctorate degree. Additionally, as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Dr. Lauren focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease or dysfunction so the body can return to a state of health and wellness using lab testing and nutritional support. Dr. Lauren is passionate about patient care and health. Her goal is to share her knowledge so that everyone can lead a healthy and fulfilling life!
Dr. Lauren enjoys horseback riding, tennis, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She is currently living in Tukwila with her husband, daughter, and two French Bulldogs, Frank and Stella.
Dr. Alexandra Oliver
Dr. Alex was born and raised just west of Denver in Arvada, Colorado. She received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Washington State University and, shortly after, moved to Georgia to pursue her doctorate in chiropractic. Dr. Alex attended Life University, where she spent the last 6 months of the program interning here in Bonney Lake at Ideal Motion Chiropractic. Dr. Alex is excited to provide individualized chiropractic care to the community and finds great joy in watching patients benefit from her adjustments.
In her spare time Dr. Alex enjoys traveling, golfing, going to concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family. She currently lives in Edgewood.
Dr. Hailey Kunimura
Dr. Hailey was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Lake Tapps, where she attended Auburn Riverside High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University before continuing her education at Parker University, where she graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Deeply committed to giving back to her community, Dr. Hailey is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered chiropractic care and supporting overall healing and wellness. Currently residing in Lake Tapps, Dr. Hailey enjoys spending her free time crafting, listening to music, and making memories with friends and family.
Jessica Mercardo
Jess was born here in Auburn and is a graduate of Fife High School. She was in the retail market for 7 years and was ready to make a change to working in the medical field. She has been a team member of Ideal Motion Chiropractic since 2020. She looks forward to helping our providers in any way she can and getting a chance to know all the patients who are coming into Ideal Motion!
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on day trips, and spending as much time as possible with her fiancé and their dogs.
Michellynn Inglin
Michellynn Inglin has been providing massage therapy in the Bonney Lake area for over 34 years. Her primary goal is to relieve pain, increase relaxation, decrease anxiety, and increase the quality of life for all ages and stages. She also has a true passion for reflexology, therapeutic touch, Jinshin, infant massage, Bowen technique, Swedish massage, and deep tissue. She is truly compassionate and has been blessed to treat over 35,000 patients in her career. Her interests outside of patient care are cooking, gardening, and entertaining. She has been married for 37 years and has twins, a Girl and a Boy.
Kari Chambers
Kari was born and raised in Bellingham, WA and moved to the Bonney Lake area 6 years ago. As a medical biller with over 20 years of experience she has been passionate about helping to care for patients and providing the financial knowledge needed to alleviate added stress. She has been an advocate for health and wellness and alternative medicine for years with a passion for natural healing.
Kari and her husband Trevis enjoy an active lifestyle, traveling, car shows and spending time with family and friends. With their daughter and her husband living in California it has become a favorite vacation destination.
Bonnie Ledford
Bonnie was born in Federal Way & planted roots in Bonney Lake 5 years ago. She is studying Business Management & Administration at Pierce College. She works in media management for a nonprofit and has a history of working in the medical field. In her free time, she is in the kitchen baking or cooking, and in the woods, spending time with her daughter, her other half, and their dog!
