We are not in a network with any HMOs or state plans.
We do not accept third-party auto cases. This means that all auto claims must be processed through a patient's personal injury protection policy.
If you have a new injury or accident, please notify the office when scheduling, so we have enough time to address the new complaint.
By scheduling an appointment online, you will be agreeing to the following:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice of your scheduled appointment time, it will result in a no-show or late cancellation fee of $45 for chiropractic appointments and $90 for massage. If you are more than 7 minutes late to your massage appointment, you will be charged the full cash price, and we will not bill your private health insurance.
